Trevor Flor is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive expertise in 1031 Exchanges, real estate finance, due diligence, and brokerage. He began his career by founding Avant Real Estate Services, a residential real estate brokerage in Santa Barbara, CA. His financial modeling acumen led him to a key role as acquisitions lead for one of the nation's largest private medical real estate portfolios.

In 2007, Trevor answered the call to serve as a naval aviator, flying the single-seat F/A-18E Super Hornet. He later became an instructor, training F-18 pilots in advanced aircraft systems, airmanship and tactics. His time in the Navy instilled precision, discipline, and a passion for mentorship—qualities that now serve his clients.

Transitioning back to the financial sector, Trevor built expertise as a due diligence associate at DAI Securities before founding Aimpoint Investments. He now focuses on delivering tailored investment strategies, emphasizing client education and long-term relationships with top-tier sponsors.

Trevor holds a BS in Economics/Accounting from UC Santa Barbara, an MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, and an MS in Real Estate from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities licenses and a California Real Estate Broker’s license.

Trevor continues his aviation passion as a part-time commercial pilot flying the Boeing 767. He and his wife, Mika, have been happily married since 2013 and together, they enjoy cooking asian food, traveling the world, regular fitness, and hiking.
